I have been a member for over 3 years now, I only started just before having my second child as something to do but you can make a lot of money using this site if you have the time to put in and do some research first, I have made hundreds over the years, the screenshot is just what I have made in the last month or so just by spending a couple of hours a day. Their are many ways to make your swagbucks and it all adds up, the best way is the surveys and the offers. They do have high paying offers just make sure when signing up to a free trial to note when to end it.

The customer service is quite good as well if you take screenshots of what activity your completing & one of completion then if you do not get the credits you can submit a ticket and usually they pay you the same day, sometimes longer for higher paying offers.

Overall I feel its a great site & a great way to make a few extra pounds, its not the only survey site but its one of the best ones, they reward your loyalty, if you reach your daily goal, you will receive a bonus at the beginning of the next month, you also have a higher daily goal which would give you more & if you reach it every day that month you'll get an extra 300sb on top of that, it states the figures on the site.
