QUESTION Problem with surveys on Grab Points

Hello.

Everytime I want to fill Yuno survey, the message pops-up "We're sorry, but something went wrong".
Clearing browser cache memory and deleting cookies does not help at all, and adblock plugins are off.

A moment ago, by some miracle, I completed the survey but I can't rate because either the same error pops-up or the site loads in a loop...

Does anyone have a similar problem?

Unfortunately, every time I report this to the grab points support, they don't care about it completely and they send me such an answer:

"The offer walls that are available at GrabPoints are provided and controlled by our offer wall Partners. Each offer wall is run by a different advertiser and is usually named after the advertiser who operates it.

We have no control over the functionality, crediting or features available on any of our offer walls. These walls are provided by our advertisers and we have no influence over their operation at all.

If you have any questions regarding offers you have completed on the offer wall, please contact the offer wall directly. You will find that in most instances, each wall has contact information where you can contact the advertiser direct regarding offers which have not credited etc...."

When I report it to Cint support, they send me answer to report this case to Grab Points...

Unfortunately, it is much worse because when I click on "Yuno - Daily Survey Router - Medium" and want to complete survey, the page does not load and information appears: There was an error connecting to the server. Redirect loop.

Try again. It seems to be working for me now. In regards to your answers from GrabPoints, I would provide as much information about the situation as possible. Generally, I've had a good experience with their support

My friend also reported this issue to Grab Points support and we are waiting for the problem to be fixed.

""Yuno - Daily Survey Router - Medium" started working without problem for us but "Yuno - Daily Survey Router - Easy" still occur redirect error loop...

Try again. I think this is resolved.
