PrizeRebel Review Big Contest Cash Prizes.jpg

Social media sites like Facebook have all sorts of “surveys” people seem to like answering, never mind how strange the answers might be. People seem to love the asinine results like knowing what your superhero name is based on the color of your underwear plus last meal, guessing what your age is depending on your food choices, or what kind of cat breed you are as illustrated by x amount of hours you sleep per day.

Now imagine answering surveys and getting paid for it. Yup, it’s now a possibility, thanks to survey sites that reward people for giving their affiliate partners valuable feedback. PrizeRebel is one of the older GPT sites with surveys as their main offering. Does their being around for more than a decade make them legit, or are they another scam site? Let’s investigate together, shall we?

First things first - what is it?

PrizeRebel is both a paid survey site and an online rewards site. People sign up for an account with them, answer surveys, complete offers, play games, and do tasks - and then earn points which they can then redeem for gift cards or cash.

How long has it been around?

Created in 2007, PrizeRebel claims to have around 7 million members (and counting). The website is open for membership all over the world. It has an impressive rewards catalogue, including hundreds of gift card options from a variety of retailers, and around $15 million in paid cash and rewards since the site was established.

Does it pay well?

The first thing I really noticed about PrizeRebel is the generous array of gift card choices they offer for redemption. Right now there are over 500 retailers to choose from, with popular ones like Amazon , Starbucks, Target, and gaming store GCs up for grabs. Browsing through them makes it seem like an exciting online window shopping experience members can aspire to while earning points.

As with most sites of a similar nature, a hundred points in here is equivalent to only a dollar. But the really neat thing about PrizeRebel is you only need $5 in order to cash out your points. This is in stark contrast to other GPT sites who restrict cashouts to a minimum of $25-$30 in your account.

Every few seconds on the website, a “real time” pop up message bears a member’s username and how much they just redeemed from the points they earned, along with the payment platform of their choice. As of this writing, the site claims to have paid a total of $1285 in cashouts and redeemed rewards today. On that note, it seems like PrizeRebel has members redeeming cash or GCs every few minutes or so, which is reassuring.

Is registration free?

Signing up is free, and once you complete a couple of surveys, PrizeRebel will reward you with some gift cards for free, as well.

How do I start earning extra income from PrizeRebel?

You can choose to fill out surveys provided by different partners, perform small tasks, watch videos, complete paid offers, or even join contests and play games. There’s a lot of things to do as a PrizeRebel member, so choosing which one is really up to what you feel like doing at the moment.

PrizeRebel also regularly gives out promo codes you can redeem for extra points on their Twitter and Facebook pages. If you spend a lot of time on your social media sites, this is a good way to add to your earnings.

The site also employs a five-tiered member level (from Bronze to Diamond) which gives bonuses the higher up you go. It’s a good incentive to stay loyal and committed to the program while increasing your earnings.

What’s the best option of earning as a PrizeRebel member?

As a big fan of the GPT referral system, I will venture to say that this is perhaps the best way to earn as a PrizeRebel member. Not only do you get free points upon signup, but the more active referrals you have who sign up and complete tasks, the more earnings you get from what they make (up to 30%)!

Once you’re a registered user, you’re automatically qualified to enter their regular contests where members compete to have the most number of surveys, tasks, or offers completed. You can check on your standing to see how you’re faring against other members for a chance to get extra earnings.

Of course, answering surveys is the primary way to earn points on this site, and as their testimonials page indicates, lots of members from different countries actually find it a fulfilling way to earn some extra cash (or GCs) on the side.

The verdict?

PrizeRebel checks out all my minimum requirements for a legitimate GPT site: a low cashout threshold (just $5!), different member payment options, good testimonials with screenshots or videos of payment proof, and an overall pleasant user experience with lots of bonuses to increase the chances of earning more.

I am all about earning cold, hard cash online, so I like that I can do that with PrizeRebel. I have never really been a big fan of virtual currency or gift cards, but I have to admit that the sheer amount of e-commerce sites offering GCs here has gotten me excited to redeem them, apart from cashing out my earnings.

Your turn!

Having vouched for PrizeRebel’s legitimacy as a GPT website, I would now like to hear about how you find this particular platform. Are you or have you ever been a member of this GPT site? Did/do you like the experience? Do tell us all about them.

PrizeRebel is absolutely my favorite GPT site right now and here are all the reasons why:

First things first - right to the cold hard cash money stats. For 500 points you can get your 1st $5 PayPal payout - I don't know too many other GPT sites that give you 1 cent per point and let you cash out with PayPal at $5. I joined Prize Rebel on June 11th of this year (just a few weeks ago) and the next day - June 12th - I have my first $5 PayPal pay out. I've been averaging about $5 in earnings every other day for about 2 hours of my time. As of today I have been an active member of this site for exactly 2 weeks and I've earned a total of $49.01 so far. So you can easily make $100 extra dollars a month on this site - possibly more if you're willing to put the time in.

One of the reasons this site is so great to take surveys on is that is uses survey routers - basically they have partnerships with 12 different survey companies so you have hundreds of options of surveys to take and qualify for. And.... if you don't qualify for a survey no worries. The survey routers will automatically refresh and keep trying to find a survey you qualify for so that you don't have to do anything. Just sit back, answer some questions and let the survey routers find what you qualify for. Most of these routers will remember your answers over time, too, so that you aren't answering the same demographic questions over and over again - the answers will already be saved in there for you and you just have to hit next. Most of the surveys on this site start at 80 points and I have taken surveys on here that go all the way up to 800 points - which if you do the points math is $8.00 for taking on online survey. I only know of one other company that pays that high and they DO NOT credit the surveys instantly like PrizeRebel does. On that site you have to wait weeks sometimes for the survey to close. Not so on PrizeRebel. As long as you are honest and your account is in good standing they give you the benefit of the doubt and they credit everything you do INSTANTLY. If, for some reason, a survey doesn't credit right away they are sure to inform you of that in the survey description.

There are other ways to earn on PrizeRebel, too. They have offers you can complete, apps you can download and try, they have the Figure 8 tasks and Engage Me videos. I prefer the Engage Me Videos to the SmoresTV ones (which they also have) because they seem to work better and credit faster - at least for me.

Also, PrizeRebel has levels - so when you join up you start out on the BRONZE level. In this beginning level, you won't get instant payouts - you rewards will be processed within 24 hours, though, so it's still not a bad way. At the BRONZE level you get 20% of any points that people you refer to the site earn. Once you yourself make it to 1,000 points (which I did in about 2 days, maybe 3) you get moved up to the SILVER level. At that level, you still have to wait 24 hours for reward processing and you get 25% of the points your referrals earn. After SILVER comes GOLD (this is the level that I am currently on now) and you will need to earn 2,500 points to get to this level. I made it to GOLD in about a week. Once you hit GOLD level, you will get instant reward processing - that means you can request and receive a PayPal payout within about 30 minutes. I don't know any other GPT site tha can do this right now. Also, you will continue to earn 25% from the points your referrals earn. Another advantage with GOLD level is that you will start to see 1% bonuses to your earnings as well as a 1% discount on your reward cash outs. So now, that $5 PayPal reward is only costing you 495 points! After GOLD there are still two more levels to achieve - PLATINUM and DIAMOND. I'm steadily working my way to the next level now. I'm pretty sure I'll be a PLATINUM member within a few days.

Seriously, if you are looking for a GPT (GetPaidTo...) site to make a decent amount of money with easy cash out every few days then this is the site for you. Just click on the link in the top post or under my signature below and check it out. I promise that you will not be disappointed. I've also attached screenshots of the level benefits, and my Earning History from Yesterday as well as my Reward History so that you can see I mean what I say that this site is probably the easiest, fastest way to earn some extra cash from a GPT site!

I have used Prizerebel for a few years and I really love their contests on Facebook. I have added the button to my Google chrome and find they give free points often and notify you using the button. I forget to do the surveys and the many other things on their site, but I always get those free points. This site is a fast money maker if you stick with it. But even if you're a bit lazy with it you will earn money. I should pay attention and use that button more often on surveys. I'm keeping this one as it works!

I have not been an active member of prizerebel for a long time, but I can say personally, through experience, I have beed paid though it took sometime for the funds to show up in my account, had a small issue at first but it was quitely resolved, a deposit was sent directly to my PayPal account. Prizerebel makes is easy to making a little extra money, and I know it will be another way for me to pick up the extra things I need or to help me enjoy the things I couldn't normally pick up with my limited income. Thanks PrizeRebel for a true and honest Earning opportunity. Sincerely Paul

I really really like Prize Rebel! I've only been using this specific site for a few months but I'm already finding that it's very easy to earn points! Those points turn into rewards very fast with their huge variety of gift cards starting at $5. It's easy to make that within a few days. They have a wide variety of ways to earn points. Surveys, watching videos, bonus codes on Facebook and Twitter, etc. They have survey routers so they have a huge list of surveys almost always available. You can choose short ones if you don't have much time or longer ones for more points. The videos are perfect in length. Sometimes with videos they want you to watch really long videos and it takes a long time to get points. These are not long at all. The points add up quick! The rewards redeem at 1000pts per dollar but got get to redeem fast when the rewards start at $5! They offer gift cards, cash or online games and feature a large variety of stores! In conclusion, this is one of the better earning sites and it's easy to earn a little extra money!

I have used Prize rebel in the past , it didnt make me much money . I have moved on to swagbucks , ipoll , and oneopinion they were more profitable and the surveys were fun to take. There's alot more opportunities than just taking surveys . Prize Rebel only made me enough money to maybe buy a 15 dollar item in Amazon for the month compared to swagbucks , and other websites.

I'm actually new to a GPT! PrizeRebel is the first I came across looking for ways to get a virtual gift card that can be accepted, yes you name it, anywhere across eosystem. I found PrizeRebel! not so long ago. My first thought was that this "platform" must be a kind of scheme I encountered before, namely "GroupOn". No, PrizeRebel is different! I was quite attracted by its name, a rebellious environment to the big names of online merchants (e commerce). I need 'codes' to actually pull down big margins earned by merchants. I didnt realize, PrizeRebel actually give money away! by completing tasks and surveys! I fell in love with its straightforward claim and I signed up for this first of the kinds I wasnt aware of! and 12 days later I got paid. It wasnt much but it was a good token of appreciation for my perseverance! It was just 5 bucks! But hey, at first, I was skeptical.

A day after I received the payment, I was jubilant! I want to do more. Though, I notice I began to see less amount of surveys availableon PrizeRebel platform. As I search for how to do more with PrizeRebel, I was directed to many more platforms of how we have been overwhelmed with this ecosystem, interrelated, and decentralization movements across environments. I speed up to this 'call' for adaptation to the future of currency exchange. PrizeRebel helps me rediscover my true love with the future of internet and the exchange of human needs.

PrizeRebel must have been my dirst love for this ecosystem. I'm still faithful and remain a member of this quiet yet "impactful" platform!

Thanks PwrizeRebel! for a positive impact on my entrepreneurial spirit of human media of exchanges! LEGIT!

I think Prizerebel is a really good site, for starters you get your bonus applied daily if you reach your goal, once getting up the tiers it takes a few days from redeeming your points to getting your reward. You can earn passively with videos or take 1 of the surveys & they have quite a few providers to choose from. This site as well as InstaGC are taking over from my favourite site Swagbucks since they keep lowering everything. I am now spending more time on Prizerebel & InstaGC. if anyone would like a referral just comment.

Great review Fred and yes I agree generally speaking PrizeRebel is reviewed favourably by it's users. For our users I also just stumbled across another PrizeRebel Review, in case Fred's review doesn't convince you.
