Kanvi they never used to, but they have gotten very strict about it. Because so many people were just pulling them already made off the internet. Now they want you to make your own, use their font.

Ive lost all interest for the site, when I approached the admin asking why all of a sudden I was earning 90% less than I had been. And was told that my memes were not funny enough anymore

I have been updated that they have changed a bit. Before you were only paid to post memes, and when people looked at your memes you earned. While you can still earn that way you can also now earn when you look at other peoples memes, before you were only earning credits so you could post your own memes.

PicturePunches still seems to be a pretty cool way to make money online, I'd never heard of earning from memes before. Probably great for frequent social media posters and those with that sort of creative brain.

I will say if they had a referral program I'd be more inclined to do more with them.
