Maximiles Review Take Surveys and Do Other Tasks for Rewards.jpg

For my next review, let’s check out Maximiles. The site is based in London, and is open to residents of UK, Spain, France, Italy.

So here’s my Maximiles review. Is Maximiles legit or a scam? Let’s find out!

Maximiles: First Impression

Maximiles’ site is a good example of how a great survey site should look. The design is top-notch and professional - no gimmicks, no distracting elements. The site looks clean and slick without looking bland. They’ve got some pretty good lifestyle photos, too.

Info on how you can earn is also pretty extensive, but you’ll have look for the FAQ page first. The homepage has information, but it was a bit unclear to me. But the FAQ page answered all my questions.

My Hot Take: Overall, a pretty good impression. But a good-looking site isn’t enough to make a survey site great. Let’s investigate deeper.

How to Earn on Maximiles

Maximiles is a survey site, and their earning methods are pretty standard with other survey sites. They are:
  • Taking surveys
  • Watching videos
  • Shopping and earning points
  • Reading emails
  • Registering at partner websites
  • Referring friends
Their referral program is pretty good - you’ll earn 1,500 points when your referrals earn 1,500 points themselves. There aren’t multi-tier earnings from referrals, unlike on other sites, but I’m still glad Maximiles has this.

Each task you complete will earn you Maximiles points, which you can later redeem for rewards.

My Hot Take: Maximiles has really awesome earning methods! Multiple earning methods are important because you won’t always qualify for surveys. When that happens, you can always check out the other earning methods.

Earning Potential on Maximiles

You will earn anywhere from 500 to 10,000 points for each survey you complete. The amount will depend on the length and complexity of the survey. And here’s a nice little bonus - if you get disqualified in the middle of taking a survey, you will still earn 5 to 15 points. Pretty sweet, huh? For the other methods, reading emails earns you 5 points, and registering in websites earns you 100 to 300 points.

My Hot Take: Pretty good earning potential, overall. You won’t pay your mortgage with your earnings, but the money you make will be good enough to supplement your income.

Payout Options on Maximiles

When you’ve earned a minimum of 2,000 points, you can use those points to shop in Maximiles’ rewards shop. The shop has over 300 items, including magazines, gadgets, gaming consoles, and fitness items. No cash payouts, though. If you’re like me and you prefer getting your earnings as cash, take note.

My Hot Take: Using points to go shopping isn’t really my thing. (To me, cash is always king) But I also recognize that this might be the preferred redemption method for some people. If you’re one of those, give this site a try!

The Verdict: Legit or Scam?

Maximiles is legit! They offer a pretty good user experience and earning potential. I’m kind of bummed they don’t offer cash payouts, but I won’t count that against them. If you like using points to shop, this is the site for you!
