The whole process is very easy to do. You sign up with an email address and confirm/activate your Sync account through the email they send you which I received immediately. Then you download their app and install it. I just did the whole process and was able to do in in under 5 minutes, however, the speed that your app will download at will vary. The site also claims to be very secure which is a bonus.
